Do you play Battlefield, Call of Duty MW3 or similar games?

If the answer is YES then would you like to shoot some of the weapons used in the games?
Now open is the Operation Airsoft Target Range where you will be able to shoot five different weapons at a range of targets.
You will have the opportunity to shoot in semi automatic and fully automatic modes. Depending on the number of participants sessions will be from 30 minutes to an hour .

Typical format of a target shooting session

Players will receive a short safety talk before entering the target zone

All players will be supplied with safety glasses that must be worn at all times whilst in the target zone

Players will then have the opportunity to shoot at

  • 5 targets at

  • 5 different distances using

  • 5 weapons*

Players will also have the opportunity to shoot each of the 5 weapons in

  • Semi Automatic (Single shot)

  • Fully Automatc mode


All the ammunition required is included in the package

At the end of the session there will be a Target Shooting Challenge

Each player will have 5 shots at 5 different targets over the 5 distances. All players will use the same weapon.

The highest score will be added to the Top Shot League.

The highest score by 1 November 2012 will win a target shooting session for 10 players.

Please note the weapons used may vary from the pictures on the website

Cost per session

The duration of the session will vary depending on the number of players attending a session. For 10 players the session would last approximately one hour.

The target shooting session can be added onto a laser tag or paintball package

Included in the package are 1000 BBs per player.

*Please note there is a minimium charge for 5 players

Airsoft Policy

It is mandatory for players using the target range to wear basic eye protection.

Age restrictions apply to Airsoft activities

  • Airsoft target sessions players must be minimum of 12 years old (11 year old players in year 7 at school can use the target range)


*We operate a very strict "site BB only" policy. All BBs used at Operation Airsoft must be purchased at the site. Any player found using their own BBs will be asked to leave with no refund being offered. At Operation Airsoft we use a specific brand of biodegradable BBs



 

Operation Airsoft is the ideal venue for birthday parties, junior events, corporate events, school activities, stag and hen parties,team building, young guns, incentives and great days out.

Target shooting range where players can shoot realistic imitation weapon, the type of weapon used in computer and video games.

Operation Airsoft is based at Powerplay Wakefeield which is ideally located for Wakefield, Barnsley, Leeds, Huddersfield, Sheffield and Rotherham. Within one hour's drive from Manchester, York, Bradford, Halifax and Nottingham
